Large heavy glass block vase with etching of bamboo
by  Frank Oda Pua Hale of Arts Hawaii mid last century.
Measures 7 ⅝ x 7 ⅝  x 3 ¾
No stand, but some come up on EBay sometimes. Today 5/29 there is one that would fit.
Excellent vintage condition, a couple of scuffs on side, doesn't look like ever used as vase, no water mark.
